has experienced tremendous growth and we are looking to
further expand to newer and higher levels. As such,
our business has increased proportionately and we truly

service that we provide our clients.
To
keep in balance with this endeavor, we are looking for
new personnel to join our sales team who possess high-quality
attributes that will enhance the Discover Team, and
at the same time, promote their own leadership skills
to advance them to a whole new performance level.

Discover
Leadership Training offers an exciting, fast-paced environment
that provides our sales staff with the opportunity to
increase their earnings capacity. We are looking to
fill sales positions with candidates who possess the
positive attributes of professionalism, enthusiasm,
integrity, honesty, accountability, excellent focus,
passionate drive with a strong work ethic, perseverance,
a good phone voice and a "do whatever it takes"
attitude to reach the outcome-focused result.
Our
applicants must be easily adaptable to change and truly
enjoy a FAST-paced work environment, while at the same
time, be proficient in giving exceptional attention
to detail and in maintaining superior organizational
and forecasting skills. The candidates we are looking
for must be self-motivated, self-confident team players
who are self-starters with a positive and fun nature.
Previous
sales experience is preferred and our candidates must
be competent in Microsoft Office applications (i.e.
Word, Excel, Outlook) and Act! Database knowledge is
a plus. Additionally, extraordinary interpersonal communication
skills are essential.
The
salary for this position is $1,450.00 monthly plus a
volume bonus based on sales revenue produced. The first
50 applicants who meet our standards will have the opportunity
to go through our interview process scheduled for April
4-8, 2005. This process is unique in that all applicants
who go through the process are paid $8.00 per hour compensation
for their time invested in the interview process. Each
day's session will start promptly at 8:00 AM.
The
interview process works as follows:
- On
Monday, April 4th, all 50 applicants will report to
the Hampton Inn at 502 North Sam Houston Parkway at
8:00 AM sharp! By noon that day, 20 individuals will
be privileged to move forward and continue interviewing
on Tuesday and Wednesday, April 5th and April 6th.
- On
Tuesday and Wednesday the interview process for the
20 qualifying candidates will resume and 10 individuals
will be privileged to move forward and continue interviewing
on Thursday, April 7th.
- On
Thursday, the 10 final candidates will continue interviewing
for the sales positions available at Discover Leadership
Training. Six of those 10 finalists will be privileged
to move forward and become members of the Discover
Leadership Training sales team.
As
you can see, this is an intensive interview process
and we are looking forward to meeting those individuals
who are ready for the challenge.
If
you are selected, you must bring your resume in on Monday,
April 4, 2005. Applicants without a resume will not
be allowed to participate in the interview process.
