Building strong relationships
is the key to developing high-performance teams... If we allow behaviors
to exist in the environment that we know are out of integrity with our
culture and definition of excellence, we create an environment where we
destroy the opportunity to increase trust, respect and integrity with
the members of our team. What is produced from that environment is what
we have come to know as "Brutal Honesty". Honesty becomes "Brutal
Honesty" not because of what we are saying, but because of our timing.

Through my Discover Leadership Training classes, I empower myself to utilize the tools in my life to grow as an individual, as a parent, and as an artist. I see my work transforming and my artistic senses growing. I'm excited about my photographic work, and the impact I am making within the photographic community in my teaching and consulting opportunities being given to me. ... Utilizing the tools I gained throughout the training helps me to move forward and bring this artist's dream into reality. So now, the concept of my purpose and business has multiplied me as a creative, inspirational diva and jewelry designer, as well as a leader in the photographic portraiture industry. The Chicksclick.com concept was born and created to add further dimension to my life's purpose, and am creating inspirational products for women. |
