a young man I heard many times that if you talk to yourself, then you are
crazy. I have learned that unless you become aware that you are talking
to yourself, you will not only go crazy, you will also never accept responsibility
for the outcomes you are producing in your life. The conversation we have with ourselves controls our every emotion. When we experience emotions about what we do not like, as long as we remain in a conversation with ourselves about that event, we will eventually become angry.
